These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of gioautoglass.com (the “Site”), operated by Gio's Auto Glass (“Gio's Auto Glass,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Website information

The Site provides general information about auto glass repair, replacement, mobile service, and how to contact Gio's Auto Glass. Information may be incomplete, may change without notice, and is not a substitute for a professional inspection or individualized advice.

Quotes and appointments

A quote request submitted through the Site is an inquiry only. Submission does not create a contract, confirm an appointment, guarantee availability, establish a final price, or constitute a diagnosis. Final pricing, glass availability, parts, timing, location, warranty terms, and service conditions will be confirmed directly with you before work begins.

Service may depend on vehicle condition, damage, parts availability, weather, location, access, safety considerations, and other circumstances. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule service when reasonably necessary for safety, availability, or other legitimate business reasons.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

• submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information;
• use the quote form to send spam, malicious code, or abusive content;
• interfere with, damage, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;

Intellectual property

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. The updated Terms will include a new effective date. We may suspend or discontinue the Site or restrict access at any time, subject to applicable law. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
